The Design And Implement Of Multimedia Resource Manufacture Management And Sharing System

In recent years, the Internet becomes the focus of the computer network, communication and the information field. Along with the development of network technique and network-trends of multimedia technique, the network multimedia applications such as long-distance education and network video frequency conference have been more and more popular. And the construction of multimedia material database has become the core content of developing all kinds of multimedia applications.Through comprehensive analysis of the present situation of the multimedia material database construction at home and abroad, we could realize that the construction of both multimedia material database and its management system designed for network application still remains an enormous disparity compared with overseas construction. Based on this situation, this paper proposes a kind of theory and technical basis to design the multimedia material database and its management system, elaborates the system design and the concrete module design of multimedia material database, in which the key technology is used. According to this, combined with the project of "Education resources manufacture and management system construction" in the project of "The key technique research of long-distance education in Zhejiang Province countryside for party members", the paper proposes a kind of integrity design of multimedia material database and its management system for long-distance education application.The full text has emphatically conducted the research and discussion on the following aspects:1. Based on Client/Serve pattern system structure. According to the design objective of the system, the paper gives the hierarchy designing scheme and working flow.2. Design and realization of the multimedia material database. The paper gives a data model and introduces improvement and optimization based on it. This database supports multimedia information such as image, audio and video well.3. The realization of Multimedia data's security, reliable and non- structure memory. This paper proposes a safe and reliable "uniform safeguard technology" to solve the data uniform question which possibly appears when separating the storage of the multimedia files and the record that depicts the files in the multimedia material database design.4.
