The paper's theme comes from the Ministry of Public Security in China have set up to design "electronic simulation target for the shooting train against kidnap hostage".The paper studys the control system of object and features. The targets are drived by DC electromotors. The electromotor's speed is control by the single closed loop timing system. The electromotor adopts ambipolar reversible PWM drive method and be drived by inter-compensate H type circuits. For obtaining more desirable control effect, the controller increases human-simulation intelligent control in common PID.The system includes target mechanic movement part, locomotor target controller, wireless remote-controller and computer image grade system. The controllers adopt computer control technique, PIC single-chip as the core. The paper give the main hardware circuits diagrams and programs flowcharts. By digital image picking and processing technology, the image grade system can automatic grade score and avoid the inaccurate and slow problem, perfect the functions.The system structure is concise, operation convenience, improves the pre-systems. Antijamming measures is adopted in the system designs, security is enhanced. It can adapt variety training fields, fulfill the police training conspectus demand. It can help policeman going shoot train in simulate actuality, enhance shooting level. It can help preventing hijack, deterring terrorists and realizing society stabilization and solidarity.
