Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Question Answering System For Teaching Website

The PH value of the solution is a very important parameter in many industrial processes and plays a decisive role.Such as sugar,metallurgy,chemical and textile,the PH value of the solution need to be stable to a certain value at all times.The most widely-use are artificial colorimetry and potentiometry method in current PH value measurement.However,they all have some shortcoming and problems,leading to a deviation in the final result of PH value and a lower accurate data.Therefore,it is necessary to develop an efficient,fast and accurate detection technology in the PH value of the solution.This paper presents a system to detect the PH value of the solution automatically and continuously,based on digital image processing and automatic control.This system includes software and hardware.In the hardware component,it uses single chip microcomputer to control the cutting of PH test paper cutting machine,the mechanical arm and moving of linear rolling guide to implement discarding and clipping PH test paper automatically.Then,it collects the test paper image which color has been changed after titration the tested solution.In the software component,it removes noise in the image by utilizing median filter and mean filter algorithm.In order to obtain the target image,it segments the image by using K-means clustering algorithm.After that,it transforms the color information of the PH paper from RGB color space to the HSV color space.Finally,the PH of the solution is obtained by using the relationship of BP neural network model between the PH value and the HSV color block.This system completes the design of the hardware circuit and the debugging of the software part,which can continuously collect the image of the PH value of the solution to be tested.Through the digital image processing technology the PH value can be tested,and the PH valued can be automatically detected.
