No-magnetism flux technology is the trend of flux meter, whose chip has been applied to many kinds of meters. This paper is mainly a part of research work on a paramount project to tackle in Tianjin Science & Technology Committee"Study of the New Special Metering Chip". We have designed a new kind of chip with application to no-magnetism flux meter. The chip is based on the digital-analogical mixed circuit with CMOS plane process, which has advantage of high integration, random access, low voltage, low power dissipation and realization on a single chip. This chip is now rising in our country and has deep meaning and wide market. In this thesis, we illustratre the theory of the chip, system design, partition of the modules, simulation and realization of analog circuit and layout design. This paper emphases theory of the no-magnetism flux meter and method of its realization after the analysis of a few sensors'theory. In the design, we absorb the foreign experiment to design the narrow-pulse modulating circuit and the analog comparator (two-stage hysteresis comparator) with low power dissipation according to the project. We have simulated the function of the analog modules with the similar characteristic to the foreign ones. It has been designed, verified and manufactured in the end of 2005 by chrt 0.35um CMOS technology. All the design work will be ended in 2006.
