Xinjiang Bayan College Teaching Resources Management System Design And Implementation

With the dramatic development of network technology, many vocational colleges have built campus network information system to achieve information, network and multimedia based education, keeping up with the development of science and technology. Network is the media for delivering information, so the real purpose of using network is to obtain and share information. Network-based education differs from traditional network in that network-based education must be supported with rich teaching resources as well as up-to-date hardware, which must be sustained by software. If not, hardware is no more than a kind of decoration, and can not play its role as a support for teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to take advantage of various educational resources relevant to vocational colleges conveniently, quickly and accurately, and put them on the network, so as to better the research of important projects that vocational colleges are faced with.This thesis elaborates the necessity to develop the teaching resource management system. Based on the comprehensive requirement analysis, this thesis decided that this system consists of six modules, namely resource service, resource management, user management, validation, system management and help. This thesis also expatiates the major functions and specific realization of two modules—resource management and user management. Finally, through practical running under real environment, it has been proved that this system has achieved the prospective goal. Developing a comprehensive educational resource management system for vocational colleges and putting it into use can maximize the benefit of modern teaching facilities, and provide rich teaching management information resources as well as improve the efficiency of teaching resources, which has practical significance.Having been tested, this system runs steadily and operates easily, which meets the needs of teaching for Xinjiang Bayin institute, reduces the cost and improves the efficiency, making the teaching management more scientific and more rational.
