Considering the present condition of Youth Leaguer affair management. In our college we have now developed a corresponding Youth League affair management system to improve work efficiency.This paper is a product research report on "Certificate Management module" website development.It gives a detailed description of the demand analysis; system design of the module; introduction; detailed design and realization of the software.The main functions of certificate management are as follows:Students, who are the basic level users of the system. Their operations include applying for certificates on line, personal certificate inquiries and personal password management.Master from each department's youth league branch, who manages student's certificates. Their operations include certificate inquiries, counting, deletion, modification and online approving.College youth league Committee and its web master, who has the right to operate all the certificates, including certificate inquiries, supplement, deletion, modification, counting, online approving and management of ordinary users.Certificate querying, in this function we can query in different ways. Including precise query, clear query multi-condition united query and printing the querying result.Certificate statistic .You can sum up in different ways in this function including one-condition statistics, multi-condition statistic and printing the statistic result.Certificate checking there are two types in this function. One is the checking of student application for the department awarded certificate, which can directly input the database by the checking of the department, the other is the checking of student application for the center member branch awarded certificate which can input the database only by checking of department and center member branch.
