In this paper, the design and realization about embedded communication encoder system based on multiple chips of TS101 are studied thoroughly. According to the technical demands, the underwater communcation encoder is designed and realized. The match between power amplifier and broadband transducer is studied in theory. The generation methods of two typical communication signals are introduced. The capability of clipping method used to minish the PARP of OFDM signals is studied in detail. Conside of the limited software and hardware resource, the best realization of the encoder system is determined after several possible solutions have been analyzed. It can generate long-duration continuous waveform of arbitrary encoded signal. Experiments indicate that the output signals generated by this encoder satisfy various requirements underwater conmmunication. Main works and achievements are summarized as follows:In the development procedure, the designs of hardware and software are proposed. Having introduced the structures of the existed DSP system, several possible circuit expanded solutions are analyzed in their advantages and disadvantages. After the optimal solution is proposed in detail, the encoder hardware circiut used in the underwater comminication is designed, and each part of the realization is studyed in detail. Two softwares used in design process are introduced, including several problems that should be adverted in software programing. At last, including structure of encoder, theory of waveform generation, realization flow, and several efficient circuit design methods are studied in detail.In the development procedure, the designs of hardware and software are proposed.
