Publishing industry has been inevitably affected by the current tendency of globalization, whilst the whole industry is experiencing drastic transforms and integrations. In this tendency, publishers will face with more and more new operational circumstances, rules and methods. Hence, international cooperation, which is an important part of globalization strategy, becomes a necessary option for publishers to get further development.It is also a special time for Chinese publishers who are experiencing globalization, commercialization and digitization simultaneously.
