In the market economy today, the publishing industry is payed more and more attention. Of the 20th century,90 years, globalization has affected all walks of life, global competition drives the industry to find markets and opportunities. All walks of life will have to work hard in improving their own strength, the publishing industry is no exception, high-tech development can subvert the traditional publishing industry chain. Publication of globalization has brought a revolutionary change in the field, on one hand, the publication of its tremendous impact on the market, foreign publishing industry began to squeeze the Chinese market;on the other hand, China's Publishing Industry has the opportunity.Beginning in the second five-year, the state proposes to speed up the development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries, the development of cultural industries as a way of changing an important part of economic development, more conscious, more proactive in promoting development and prosperity of socialist culture. Today, international and domestic situation changes, the cultural industry has to shoulder more responsibilities.As an important part of the cultural industry, the publishing business going out of the process is to expand cultural exchanges with foreign channels in China and expand Chinese influence. Published going out is important, which is not only of cultural industries as a simple intervention or passively drawn into the tide of global competition, but cultural diplomacy and build the perspective of national cultural soft power. In a word, spread Chinese culture in the context of publishing globalization.It is noteworthy that, the local library in the process of going out have achieved success in all aspects, China also began to have our own book fair such that Beijing International Book Fair, and has developed into an international book fair is one big influence.In this paper, published in Globalization and the spread of Chinese culture as the research object. Focus of the study is how to spread Chinese culture in the context of publishing globalization. Combining quantitative method and qualitative research method, through to the Book Fair and related cultural activities, book fairs,I analyzed current trends.The paper,from the process of cultural transmission, historical issues, dissemination of content selection and effective way of expression, will help publishing promote dissemination of Chinese culture to do some theoretical and practical exploration in our process of globalization.
