To be one sort of Fieldbus which is a new communication technology in the bottom field area, CANbus is widely applied by its advantages of simple connection and steady operation.A new distributed data communication system in the blast furnace digital weighing and automatic loading based on CANbus technology is stated in this dissertation in order to avoid the field noise and long transmission distance decline. Firstly, the blast furnace data communication model is confirmed by studying the standard CAN networks reference model and conventional blast furnace industry production, then a new method including DCMQ(Distributed Communication Management Queue) and dynamic priority allocation is presented for improving data communication quality. Secondly, a distributed weighing sensor interface unit is designed using the single chip P89C58 while the blast furnace data communication management system is achieved. Finally, a blast furnace data communication prototype is finished through software and hardware combined adjusting. In addition, the test result shows that the data communication system could well guarantee the production safety and highly active because of its excellent data management, low time delay and networks load. Moreover, this data communication also can be widely adopted in the mini-Fieldbus or some concerned industry.
