LD pumped all solid-state laser is a hotspot in recent years in the research of solid-state lasers. It plays a more and more important role in industry, scientific research and military affairs. It has advantages such as high efficient, narrow spectrum, long lifetime, simple structure and easy to use. This paper based on the operation of quasi-three level laser. In the experiments, we achieve the quasi-three level laser operating on the crystals of Nd:YGG,Nd:GSAG,Yb:YAG,Nd:GdVO4 and Nd:LuVO4. And we do the frequency doubling experiment, get a result of blue laser output on the crystals of Nd:YGG,Nd:GSAG,Nd:GdVO4 and Nd:LuVO4. By the equipment of Semiconductor Saturable Absorber Mirror(SESAM), we achieve the mode-locking of quasi-three level laser operating on Nd:GdVO4 and Nd:LuVO4 crystals and get a high level of the world. It is the first time that we operating the laser on Nd:LuVO4 crystal of CW and mode-locking on 916 nm and frequency doubling on 458 nm. Still it is first time that we get the mode-locked laser on Nd:GdVO4 crystal of quasi-three level.
