In the recent years, along with our country economy development, vast amount of data has been produced in the process of production and operation of enterprises. The enterprises realize this is the valuable resource. They want to know their current overall status of enterprise production management, and what the enterprise development bottleneck problem is at present. Then they can know how to solve this problem. On the other side, they also expect where the blue ocean long tail is in the business competition. How to fill the gaps in the market, and how to do them best for their customers.In the past, these problems have been solved by the personal experience of business owners and executives. But the society are changing rapidly. Traditional methods operated by human will face the huge risk in enterprise management process.In this thesis, we will discuss how to design and delivery the business intelligence system for the enterprise. The system will support the end user’s decision. With this contained in the system, it can collect the data for many business systems. Because the format of the collected data is different in the business system, we need redefine this data. We call the process as ETL. Finishing a good data has been saved in the data warehouse. We should understand it as saved enterprise data warehouse. It will save all of enterprises data in the past and current period. In order for user to access and use the data in the information of the data warehouse, the system will supply many dashboards and reports for serving the end user. The end user can analyse the data in the system and look for the trend of the business development. Then the user can understand the real situation of current business development and solve the bottleneck problems with the best way. In addition, we will make a detailed discussion and research about the problems of system in the implementation process.
