Electronic voting takes the usual election the electron, based on cryptography, electronic voting uses computer and network technologies to realize the functions of voting. It can not only save manpower and material resource in organization, collection of ballots and statistics, but also prevent influence from man-made factors, making it more impartial, more secure, more efficient and more flexible. However, electronic voting is carries in the open Internet, causes the voting content very easily to duplicate or to tamper with, therefore has the essential implementation anonymous voting, prevented the evil intention or has no intention disturbance. Also the electronic voting system needs to carry on the security to many information, even also must keep secret to the system manager, this request electron voting system is complete, beside the noramal work in the network system, first must take the cryptology technology as the foundation, some safe electronic voting agreement. The paper firstly makes a brief introduction about the background, source and significance of the topic that the paper picks up. It also introduces aims and demands, basic requirement, rudimentary model as well as the development history.Secondly, it brings forth related technologies in electronic voting, such as a private-key system or public-key system and its typical algorithms, digital signature, blind signature, bit commitment, Java security model and J2EE platform.Thirdly, the paper makes detailed analysis on the most common protocol for electronic voting——FOO, designed by Fujioka, Okamoto and Ohta. Aiming at several shortages exists such as does not allow voters to midway forfeit, the administrative center right oversized and so on in FOO, the paper makes detailed analysis and research on LuJun's protocol called VonRSA whose core is RSA keys. The protocol assigns the power of voting centre to five sub-centers.Finally, the paper takes the VonRSA protocol as the core, the J2EE technology is the platform, from the system overhead construction, the function structure and the essential technical three aspects, has made the detailed analysis to the electronic voting system, and devolops this system in the J2EE platform.
