New network is being expected to solve the problem of the traditional networks. Here, Next Generation Network (NGN) emerges at the end of the 20 century.NGN gives the chance of new business for carriers. Thanks for the NGN's integrated services capability, so carriers could provide voice, data and multi-media services in unification network. In contrast, triple networks must be maintained in traditional infrastructure.The NGN is an up-to-date communication network. This"infant"is expected to be grown up. So that, NGN could meet requirements from incumbent carriers such as CQTelecommunicationWith years of career in CQTelecommunication, the writer is familiar with the requirement for the Telecomm. This dissertation focuses on CQTelecommunication's NGN infrastructure and kernel techniques, such as SoftSwitch, IP/MPLS, VPN, QoS. The roadmap for the evolution of NGN is also in consideration, such as FMC.
