As the development of network bandwidth widening research, GPON system, which is the most practical and efficient method of FTTH, takes an outstanding status in communication R&D nowadays. GPON ONU optical transceiver, which is the core sub-module in GPON system, is a very difficult project for engineer all over the world, especially when the main rate of the module is 1.25 / 2.5G. There is a contradiction between the great need of market and the limit ability of module producers who can not make a module with fine, steady quality.
