The design of measurement and control system in vehicle integrative electronic system is described in this paper, and the conformation of the experimental platform simulating the measurement and control system is also introduced.The measurement and control system is composed of several measurement and control modules and a virtual display terminal. The measurement and control module's function is to collect, dispose, and control the information of vehicle chassis, while the display terminal's function is to receive the information and display the values in virtual. The communication among each modules is based on CAN bus.The design of the measurement and control module, the virtual display terminal and the CAN interface card in virtual display terminal is introduced in this paper. In measurement and control module, the C8051F040 is chosen as the hardware core, and theμCOS-II embedded RTOS is transplanted as the software core, thus a real-time application-embedded platform is established. The hardware of the virtual display terminal is composed by PC104 module, which the VxWorks embedded RTOS is running in, and the graphics development in VxWorks is also introduced. Furthermore, a CAN interface card with driver in VxWorks is designed to make the virtual display terminal be able to communicate with other modules via CAN bus. After completing the modules'and the terminal's design, the experimental platform is conformed by connecting the measurement and control modules and the virtual display terminal with CAN bus. This system platform is proved to be exact, reliable, stable and real-time by test.
