Application Of A-DDSM In The Domain Of Telecom

Building a new generation of Business Operation Support System (BOSS) is the only way for operators of Telecom to promote their competitive ability all the round.The new support system needs new concept and technology which are customer-centered and market-oriented, the key of constructing this system is a good theory frame as the instruction.In this paper, first, the general architecture of New Generation Operation System Software (NGOSS) and Shared Information and Data model (SID) are imported and introduced, and with guidance of the general architecture, based on flow drived,the process of constructing the concrete Shared information and data model is described. Then, the problem of SID in its relization is pointed out ,and combining technology of Agent, A-DDSM (Distributed Data Shared Model based on Agent) is proposed, the structure and function of domain agent and manage agent in the model are designed and described particularly. In the realization of agent, FIPAAgent is used as designing criterion, JADE is used as development environment, and the key technologies are researched. These key technologies mainly include: The realization of communication and exchange between Agents,Agent and Application layer,Agent and Information layer; adopt the technology of ETL and metadata carrying out request transparently; transaction processing of A-DDSM Combined the thought of Protocol of Two Stages Submitting in distributed database and asynchronous transaction and long transaction.Finally, an order prototype system which belongs to the domain of telecom is realized using A-DDSM, the advantages and characteristics in the new system are discussed,and some questions which need pay attention to and striving directions for the future are pointed out while building BOSS based on A-DDSM.
