Research And Realization Of The Close-to-customer Service System And Its Technology Of Security And Access Control For Telecom

As the globalization of the world economy is speeding up and up, the market at home and abroad requires a big leap in the managing concept and formula of our domestic telecom enterprises, so that they can stand firmly in the keen international competition of the telecom industry. The quality of the service ,especially to those VIP customers, is extremely critical to an enterprise. The close-to-customer service system of telecom is developed on the basis of Business Operation Supporting System—BOSS, with the purpose of offering service of different levels to VIP and common clients on the basis of the present business operating system of telecom and providing customers with personalized service through their logging on electronic windows to conduct various kind of operation on the basis of the present database of the telecom system.This paper is mainly concerned with the Business Operation Supporting System and EBA WebLogic Server, in which the writer makes a theoretical research on the technology of the system formulating and interface designing and attaches great importance to the discussion about the application of security and access control technologies like SSL, digital signature, signature testing server, etc in this system.In practice, this paper mainly deals with the research and development of the system of close-to-customer service to VIP customers and on-line service, and the realization of such business functions as the release of public information, consumption analysis, consumption caution, business operation, personalized service, etc. In particular, it applies the technology of security and access control to this system, which will greatly facilitate the system running and the customers'utilization.
