Research On Intelligent Building Management And Comprehensive Monitoring Access

Intelligent Building is a fast developing and attracting technology which comprehensively employs advancements in modern architecture,computer,network communication and automatic control subjects. Based on the analysis of the structure of Intelligent Building, the design and research of universal interface of Intelligent Building Subsystem and networked remote video monitoring system is presented in this paper.Based on the analysis of OPC technology, the design scheme of universal interface of Intelligent Building Subsystem is introduced, the design and realization given of building control subsystem is also described in detail. Networked remote video monitoring system is an important part of Intelligent Building, each module is presented, including video collection and disposal,video data send,pan/tilt/lens control, etc. Finally remote video monitoring is described which based on wireless access. Some related technologies including OPC technology,serial communication,Ethernet communication,video collection and network transfer technology,wireless communication are also introduced.
