Condition monitoring and signal analysis is a new developing technology which has been developed to meet the need of modern manufacture in recent years, and it has been proved that in practice that it's an effective technology for protecting mechanical equipment from breaking down. Some key topics of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system and ActiveX control of signal monitoring and analysis are studied in this dissertation.Firstly, the ActiveX of signal monitoring and analysis is discussed on holistic request and the design project and the key technology is expatiated. COM-based ActiveX technology is applied to the signal monitoring and analysis control. The requirements about the signal monitoring and analysis control is summarized, the common point between different analysis methods is disinterred. A few function modules are accomplished. The configuration and modularization of the control is carried out. All of The graphics of different analysis methods are drawn by an independent ActiveX control. And the style of these graphics is identical. The principle of some analysis methods is expatiated, and the correctness of the control is proved by analyzing simulated signals.Secondly, the structure of system of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for machinery fleet is introduced. The design and modularization of WFD803 system is realized, with the principle that the modules are not only independent but also related. And the database of WFD803 is designed. The condition monitoring and analysis control is used in the Web-based system and works well. WFD system is applied to the fleet of a freeway construction, and it monitored the working condition of the construction machinery effectively, which enhanced the fleet efficiency .Finally, the ActiveX control of signal analysis is applied to a compressor unit and the gear box test-bed. The analysis methods such as time-domain,frequency-domain and time-frequency are provided. The condition of the unit is acquired, and the suggestion about the maintenance of the unit is put forward. The characteristic of rolling-bearing's signals are exactly matched with the point corrosion on the test bearing. The validity and practicability of condition monitoring and analysis control is effectively proved.
