Design And Development Of PHS Charge System

In order to adapt to the competition of telecommunication market and the communications demand of consumers, our company provided a new operation which called PHS by the end of 2003. The real time charge system of PHS is an application system which is based on the local charge system and can meet the demand of PHS's fee and balance.The thesis demonstrates the status and function of the real time charge system of PHS in the general local charge system. It is a part of the local charge system, and general rules were the same as the design principles of local charge system. But because the requirements of real time charge disposal, there is obvious difference between the process of the real time charge system of PHS and the traditional firm business. First of all, this thesis introduces the general function of local charge system, and then brings forward the designable demands and particularly introduces the design and actualization of function of the real time charge system of PHS.
