| Information system is synthesized by many kinds of sciences and technologies and is the infallible results of the progress of modern scientific technologies and development of society. As an administrator and participant of society, livings and economies etc, Governmental agencies will push more effects on the development of economy and society through making use of modern scientific technologies, raising the level of management and strengthening the service for the public. In these years, the information system passed through its establishment and maintains a good momentum of growth with the universe application of Lotus Domino/Notes and the development of Government Online Project.The object of this paper is to set up an information system for Changde Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. The paper particular describes the process of establishing an OA system through designing the software and building the networks. At first, the paper introduces all kinds of models of information system and the Domino/Notes technology, and decides to adopt it to design software. Then the paper discusses about how to divide the system to several subsystems and modularizes the whole designs. It introduces the important part's design, namely workflow by taking the Jiliang office for example, and provides the program codes of document's deliverance and transmission. The paper brings the interface program with Office system. According to the network topology, when setting up the networks, it analyzes all the modules in details and compares the several popular network technologies and hardware modules, and decides which to accept. So a whole OA information system is established. At last, the paper discusses the weaknesses of the system. As the development of scientific technologies and the more requirements of information system, the information system is improving and advancing with times. |
