| Faced day by day with the changes of economic society and scientific technology, modern education technique such as multimedia technology have been used in classes, which become important part of teaching reform but also has great influence on class teaching, and brought about great effects on the classroom teaching. As a mathematics teacher, he has not only to master mathematic knowledge and teaching experience but to learn modern education technique perfectly and put it into use in classroom teaching, so as to keep up with the new teaching situation.This paper is divided into six sections: ①. raising problems and the background of multimedia courseware development; ②. theoretical basement of multimedia courseware; ③. process of teaching design and development of multimedia courseware; ④. experiments of multimedia courseware used in "Calculus" teaching; ⑤. cases and effects of multimedia courseware used in "Calculus" teaching; ⑥. analyzing the results of multimedia courseware in "Calculus" teaching.The psychology, the education, education research methods and modern education technique are taken as theoretical guiding, According to the characteristics of "Calculus" and based on rich experience of teaching and three-year study for education master's degree, Calculus teaching document with multimedia technology has been developed and the experiment has been done that multimedia technology has been applied to Calculus teaching, while its results have been analyzed and evaluated, and the effectiveness has been greatly improved.
