Research And Implementation Of Configuration And Monitoring System Based On Web

Configuration software as a tool of software platform which can be customized by users, developed along with distributed controlling system and the technology of computer control. With the development of network technology these years, that configuration software has functions to work on Web has become an indispensable component of industrial control system. Being the newest tendency and present research focus, Web oriented and reusable component technology based are two objects which have great realistic significance and extensive practical foreground.On the base of development experience of popular configuration software at present, then we combine the technology of Internet with industrial information monitoring system. So a new kind of configuration software which bases on the structure of B/S will be formed. And the system includes three main contents: configuration development system, running system and Web publishing system. The development system provides users with a visual operating interface to organize the project pictures which are issued as HTML files. The running system gathers real-time data and saves them into the history database. Web publishing system is based on B/S mode. Users can use a standard browser to monitor the running pictures of the industrial scene. In the implementation of the project, we use programming method of component to design several ActiveX controls having the function of monitoring and mapping device variable to control's attributes. Combine static graph cell which is made by VML language to compose the pictures of configuration monitoring. Data is transmitted and operation is transferred by JavaScript. Use ADO.NET technology to connect the data with history database. It realizes the real-time communication between the client and the server by the XMLHttp technology, and reset browser graphical interface element real-timely according to data collecting. The goal to develop the real-time data dynamically is achieved. All these technologies exert the characters of Web, improve expansibility and openness of the system, and achieve the function of project configuration.In short, this paper combines Web with the industry control configuration software, fulfills the design and development of configuration software based on Web and achieves the expected goal.
