HFC Network Management Based On Interactive Services

Nowadays, the method of maintaining cable network is still pause in the level of user's telephone. But, with the development of cable technology and bi-directional cable network, Interactive services is applied in the network, so it request us to advance the quality of network building and network maintenance. Therefore, the people of network maintenance and network manager must keep abreast of all parameter of network in time.Now, we have three ways to get the network's status, there are HFC equipments management system, HFC return path Maintenance System and service management system. HFC equipments management system is only interested in network equipment's status. HFC return path Maintenance System is only interested in network's spectrum analysis. Service management system is only interested in service-self's status. Each system is only interested in one aspect.
