Research And Realization Of XML-Based Relational Database Synchronization Technology

The database synchronization based on XML is different from the traditional database synchronization on distributed systems. Its goal is to implement data consistency among databases in the Internet. The participants of database synchronization are more independent and more diversiform. According to this condition, people have new technical requests to the database synchronization based on XML. So this paper gets into a research to these changes and their corresponding problems.Firstly, we analysis the technical changes from the traditional database synchronization to the database synchronization based on XML by contrast, including synchronization controlling, synchronization protocol, update testing and data conversion, and then give the solvent to relational database. Secondly, with the most pivotally technical problem that how to implement the conversion between relational database and XML, we make a detailed discussion. We design a data conversion model which bases on object-relation mapping and drives by schema and solves the difficult problem that how to convert data while maintaining data consistency. The main innovative work as follows:For solving the problem of data consistency of associated tables during data synchronization, bringing forward a method of associated query, based on which devising a conversion model.Particularly analyzing and improving on the mapping between relational schema of relational database and XML schema, and giving a mapping frame of isomerous database structure.During the phase of conversion implementation, putting forward a method of data exporting, sorted redundant relation approach, which satisfies the request of relativity and currency of database synchronization.Giving and implementing a data exporting arithmetic that solves the problem of redundant of sorted redundant relation approach.Describing and implementing a data importing arithmetic that achieves to import XML data to database.Based on these methods and arithmetic, implementing an experiment system.Experimental results show that our work is effective and our system has a very strong application value, especially in sorted redundant relation approach and data exporting arithmetic, which have a comparatively evident breakthrough.
