Mining And Analysising Of ChongQing Customs' Import And Export Data

With the popularization of OAS in customs, we get more and more data of import and export goods. It is an important task that how to get valuable information from these data in anti-smuggling department. This paper mainly discuss how to get the valuable information through outlier mining the abnormal data from the customs data base.Firstly, this paper expounds the advanced to search of outlier mining at home and abroad. Secondly, the characteristics of customs' data, such as the large data, the complex construction, and the close relationship among data, would be analyzed to find out the defect in the current OAS. In the end an improved outlier mining method would be come out.In the addition, new set of import and export data is to be analyzed in this to prove the validity of this new method.
