Software testing is very important in Software Life Cycle (SLC), because it assures the quality of software. By eliminating the faults and errors found in the test, the reliability of software can be increased. But as the scale of software is expanding, and the functions are increasing, reliability testing and assessing become more and more difficult. There are not authentic rules and standards in reliability engineering, so it is valuable to research the reliability testing and assessing.
