Research On Information Resources Development Of The Multi-campus University Library

Along with the development of the higher education reform in China, the multi-campus universities gradually become an important form of higher education. As a result, the multi-campus libraries appear unavoidably.In multi-campus universities, libraries confront many problems in the fields of information resources development and services because of the campus disperse. In order to strengthen combination among branch libraries, achieve scale effect by resources recomposing and optimizing configuration, and provide high quality information services, it's necessary for library to break traditional conception and carry out a new executive plan. It is a subject full of challenge that should be settled in library domain.In this paper, the history of the multi-campus universities and the organizational management mode of libraries have been reviewed.
