So service providers have to pave the way to offer exciting new services to their customers.services providers who seize this market opportunity to partner with their customers, and deliver differentiated services will enjoy financial success with increased profits,VPN using the interment have the potential to solve many of the networking problems.This thesis firstly describes the basic conception of IP VPN and it's main VPN technologies inculde IP VPN tunnel, IPsec and MPLS_based VPN。 This thesis importantly study MPLS VPN and it's application.On the base of deeply study the IP VPN technology , This thesis importantly describes how to set up and define a IP VPN network on Shandong province. As the market request ,emerging IPsec protocol, mainly implement BGP/MPLS solution . research many technology includes VPN router, BGP topology, Based on the real broadband IP network of Shandong province, this thesis discuss the technologies and realizing methods accociated with deploying, provisioning and managing internet VPN services;analyze how to use the existing networkinge quipment with little addition to realize a province_boardband IP VPN product. include VPN router, BGP topstar, the design of router transfer table, router distingush and router target. This network model , using the MPLS technology, open the IP VPN ON Shangdong province.In the end , This thesis solves the problem that when two or more IP VPN station have the same IP address how to transfer the MPLS data.
