This topic is a sub-topic of "the food processing testing machine control system" . In the study of the topic, the author use the theory of VP, the hardware emulator and software emulator to design a heater emulator platform, and it can simulate the heater's temperature state in physics directly. It can hang the load circuit directly after adjust the parameter, and can reduce the economic loss when applied to practice. It can advance the efficiency of debug and economize the energy source.Firstly, this dissertation introduce the produce and application of Virtual Prototyping.Secondly, introduce the correlative technique of VP, including the emulational technique , the modeling technique, the VR technique and some type of emulational software .Then , introduce the total design precept of the foodstuff processing testing machine.The key of this dissertation is the design of the heater emulational platform. It's characteristic is that the emulational platform can get the control signal which from the controller , and return the current signal to the controller which is a conversion of temperature signal. It is a emulational method combine the physics model and mathematics model, and then this emulational platform can simulate the heater's temperature directly.
