The computer network is becoming an import aspect of the figure communicate network which have the quality of service. In the architecture of QoS, QoS routing is to select routes for the traffic based on the QoS requirements and available network resources. ISPs need a QoS-aware dynamic routing algorithm to overcome this problem. MPLS is a promising technology that has the potential to provide such solution. However, MPLS-aware and QoS routing technology are to be developed to achieve this goal.The design and innovation of QoS routing algorithm is presented on the base of studying of MPLS technology and Traffic Engineering. At first, this paper discusses the choice of parameters of QoS routing, and then giving out the function of cost choice and admitting-control strategy. After that, Requested the label route algorithm (RLR) and Expand Dijkstra Routing chooses route algorithm (EX-Dijkstra) were designed. The design also presents the effectual policy rule, which designs the routing algorithm that can enhance the utilization of the link.The paper have implemented our QoS framework in Network Simulator2 (NS-2) and carried out extensive simulations. The simulation results show that the new QoS routing algorithm significantly outperforms the conventional routing algorithms like shortest path first on the metrics such as the fraction of requests routed and the fraction of requested bandwidth routed. Moreover, the major contribution of our work is that it provides a reliable mechanism to dynamically set up bandwidth guaranteed LSPs in a MPLS-based ISP network.
