Recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate, the deals of real estate increase more and more, the storage, statistics, query and archivism of real estate data become the critical factors to affect the deal course. For realizing the automated management of real estate deal department, solving the actual issues and improving the management level ,using the information technology is the best way.We analyse the working flow and requirement of the taian deal center of real estate, then apply object-oriented analysis method to analyse the demand, build the logical model of the system, give the function and structure design of real estate MIS to fit in the working mode with this corporation, and describe the function modules of the system. It describes the faults of the traditional C/S application system, the principle of three-tiers structure model ,and the structure of B/S model. Compare with C/S model, the B/S model has many advantages, such as easy to use, easy to maintenance, better compatibility, better expansibility, multilevel security guarantees, easy to share information with other system, etc.In the development of real estate MIS,we adopt B/S application model, present the total logic layer design and the network topology scheme of the system. This thesis also describes the implementation process of significant technology heavily, introduces the application scheme of every tiers one by one. At the user client tier ,the browser is the interface which is easy to use, easy to maintenance. The client tier has no application, only needs to updata the software of the server. It adopts JSP/Servlet technology at web tier, and applies MVC(Model-View-Controller) model to enhanced the good expansibility of the system. At database tier, it uses SQL Server 2000 database. At last the safety of the system is discussed, It also expresses some viewpoints and prospects about this MIS system.
