At present ,Distillation unit operation is the most widely used industrial chemical separation technology. Distillation unit operation is fairly mature engineering design experience and some basic theoretical knowledge.Distillation operation processing large quantity continuous high and level of simple, but it is also more energy-production process. Strengthen the control of the distillation process research and application will have a profound impact on development industrial technology. With the development of industrial technology and scientific advances, multidisciplinary and cross-infiltration and the comprehensive application of a variety of technologies will more and more be emphasized by scientific research and industrial applications.However, because of distillation process with high complexity, lagging behind large, nonlinear serious, and often there are many uncertain factors. Distillation process computer simulation is difficult, involving many factors, distillation Model Chemical Process Simulation is a difficult one of a domestic research. Conventional and optimization distillation process design is a complex design models, simulation computation, its domestic model of a lot of work has been carried out, but does not have the versatility and portability, the scope of application is very small and have not yet formed commercial software.To this end, the topic using visual basic 6.0 as a development tool, the use of object-oriented technology will distillation process model for object-oriented processing, VB creating own classes and objects by VB module . Distillation process model be objected by some objects to package the model complex and process versatile, and can be applied directly on the module of the development of a chemical process simulation and other analog process, which can greatly enhance the development of the domestic chemical process simulation and other related research work efficiency, and increase service life of the software, according to the need with independent intellectual property rights can also be formed chemical simulation software.In this paper, do a comprehensive system introduced to research and development of software, object-oriented technology the distillation system model to achieve the object of analysis and design software, and specific program design and implementation of a detailed description of the process.
