Integration Method Of Project Management System Supported By Cooperation Multi-Enterprise

As the rapid developing of global economy, in order to improve the competitive ability and market-responding ability, many enterprises which focus on the large-scale complex products development and manufacture, are getting united with other related enterprises in a dynamic way, and direct their products development with project management ideas. In this paper, we researched the issues of the multi-enterprise environment such as the mode of project problem; coming out of the multi-enterprise environment such as work breakdown structure problem; Multilevel Net Graph Based on WBS problem; The project integration problem of the multi-enterprise environment.There were some new characteristics by comparing the multi-enterprise project with the tradition project. We researched the mode of multi-enterprise by this new characteristics. This paper presented a mode of multi-enterprise cooperation project.In a multi-enterprise cooperating environment, the work breakdown structure of a project not only indicates the scope of the project, but also needs to be integrated with the information of cooperating enterprises. The paper presented a integrated policy to bind each task to its certain owner which can be local enterprise or cooperating enterprises.
