Bayin College is a comprehensive Vocational and Technical College, committed the country to cultivate professional personnel, and in order to meet the needs of the job market society, we must enhance the strength of the school, so that Bayin college decided to adopt teaching school-enterprise cooperation and to develop a school-enterprise cooperation management system based on computer networks for executing standardized management for the various items of the cooperation, to share scientific research in school-enterprise cooperation and to increase communication between the schools and enterprises.In the programming language, the system used java language, B/S mode, and the technical architecture used J2EE architecture and combined with the MVC hierarchical model to divide it into View layer, control layer, business logic and data storage layer to facilitate the establishment of the system, and to facilitate the maintenance of the system later. In the Page design, the system used html, css and other technology to plan the system’s page, which made the system easier to use. The database used relational database SQL SERVER 2012 to meet the system’s requirements for processing large amounts of data.The system is divided into the information center management, enterprise information center management, cooperative business management, school-enterprise cooperation results-based management and system management. School information centre management includes school development survey, school leadership team management, trainees information management; business information center management includes corporate organizations culture management, corporate sector infrastructure management; cooperation business management includes corporate school, school groups training base management, build job training; school-enterprise cooperation results management includes school-enterprise cooperation memorabilia, student employment situation analysis, school-enterprise cooperation in student work management; system management includes user management, news template resource management and information sharing.After the establish of school-enterprise cooperation management system for Bayin, it will make efficient management to data of students, enterprise and schools, execute standardized management for various items of business in the cooperation, share school-enterprise cooperation in scientific research and increase the rate of school parties exchange. The system would make further expand for the development of the road for schools, strengthen the development of enterprises and cultivate more outstanding talent for the community. |
