Realty Management And Service System Based On Microsoft.Net Method

This thesis mainly realize a property management and service system which adopting .NET technology and based on B/S model, three tier and distributed structure.It is for the requirements of real estate's development, service and the extensition of management.Firstly, this paper described the status in qua and development trend of the property management. Because of the rapid development of computer technology, network technology and information technology, the requirements of the informatization for the real estate became more and more strong, thereby, we bring forward the property management and service system solution scheme which based on .NET technology. Then, there are technology analysises mainly for .NET technology. This project mainly adopt the ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Basic.NET, Web Service technology and other web page development technologies. It also use the technology of Short Message Service.In order to clear the target of the project and avoid the insignificant job, the detailed analysis of requirement for the property management and service system have been made. After the analysis of technology and requirement, we bring forward the system structure of the property management and service system. The main structure is B/S model and three tier(presention, business logic, data access)distributed Web application programme. At the end of the paper, the entired realized scheme of the property management and service system has been introduced. It include the design and realization of data base, realization of the three tier structure and the design of GSM data collection model.This theme has positive significance for forming an efficient and convenient system to coordinate the relationship of resident in community, person of property management and person of property service. At the same time, it also could provide a real digital community service for the people.
