With the company’s scale enlargement and improving business and service, Jiahe property service company needs to excavate and optimize its business management transactions and procedures. To meet this requirement, the company decided to develop an information management supporting system for its property management business.This system faces to the characteristics of property management and the company’s strategy, bases on advanced business management idea which uses enterprise resource management and supply chain management as its core idea, combines with the company’s real business and processing rules, realizes information management functions to meet the company’s really need for its property management business. The main functions include property project management, client information management, project budget management and cost fee management, purchasing supply management, materials management and equipment maintenance management, etc. Based on the above demand, from the view of software engineering, this paper systematically discusses the design and implementation of Jiahe company’s core business, which is property management business information management. First, the paper focuses on discussing the software system’s main function demand, gives demand analysis to property project management, purchasing supply management, materials management, equipment maintenance management and other assist management functions. Then, on the basis of demand analysis, it emphasizes on discussing the system’s software design, including database design scenario, software system general structure, each internal function units and related flows design and management. Furthermore, based on software design, it focuses on discussing the main modules programming in the system’s client and database server end and related test.This software is developed by Windows/.NET and SQL Server database. It’s reliable and stable and reaches its’design and developing targets.
