Modeling and rendering for nature scene is one of the most hot research problems in Computer Graphics, and the botanical scene simulate is the most important part of nature scene. This paper, target at rendering of high quality and reality 3D dynamic botanical scene, deeply studies the modeling and rendering arithmetic and optimizing for botanical scenes output.Consider of the complexity of species, the tree usually be modeled on procedural method. It's simple to realize the method, but it led to a lot of problems. Such as the shortage of parameters that can't description characteristic properly. On the contrary, if the parameters are too many, the model then is hard to render and comprehend. In order to solve this problem, we present a new method in this paper through using the Bezier curve as the Axial Deformation control curve to generate variety trunks and branches. As for the leaves, we use Bezier curves to describe shape of leaf midrib. The texture image of leaf is embedded into the space of local frames along the midrib curve. At last, we use the rapid star texture matching to synthesize the special plant.In the meantime we imitated the wind model and generated the scene animation under the wind influence. We use the LOD rendering technique improve the rendering speed. As a result the experiments show that the method can fast and realistically simulate the animation of nature scene, and present the higher and true feeling for the audience.In the scheme of scene control, we apply a new algorithm to accelerate the display of the scene by computing the relativity of the output frames. We use this scheme in scene display. Finally mention a new way to control the display velocity and how to adjust scene complexity by this new method. The scene precision and display rate can be easily controlled by the feedback loop in this scheme. Also we get the result about this scheme.
