| Accurately communicating and reproducing color information between different devices is the color management system's target and an important research subject. In order to meeting the needs of the development of open printing system, electronic publishing and network publishing, several companies established the International Color Consortium(ICC), and they formulated the relative standards, which have been pushing on the color management system(CMS) to develop in the direction of opening and standardization.As CRT monitor is an essential part of the prepress system, based on the ICC standards, it is of important sense that display device profile is created to current the monitor color.In order to solve the nonlinear mapping problem of the color space transformation, this thesis puts forward a new method by improving the BP artificial neutral network arithmetic on the basis of the study on the ICC Profile format specification and the characteristics of monitor color display, and realizes it in the software of Visual C++6.0; A screen color calibrator is developed by using the high-precision RGB color sensor; The black-point and interconnections caused by the RGB color sensor are eliminated by the amended formulation. At the end scales the calibrator by high-precision spectrophotometer. The precision analysis of the BP artificial neutral network model is done by the calibrator. At the same time, the module of display device profile builder of software is designed to create display device profile with Visual C++6.0 programming language in windows XP, thus realizing basically ICC-based monitor color management. At the end a comparison is done by using the pictures and proves to be efficient.It proves that the improved BP network model solves the nonlinear mapping problem of the color space transformation. The model will have certain significance to the further study of color management, and the corresponding screen color calibrator will have certain meaning and applied value. |
