This paper introduces the electric power quantity condition of the current local electric power system, pointing out a great deal of harmonics having a strong impact on factories and mines, the especially high - precision equipments manufacturing enterprise.Currently, there are some electric powers quantity monitor devices.But, their price is too high and the ccuracy of the monitor is not enough, they can't satisfy the need of much people.This device is a set of new electric power quantity monitor, this paper discusses its core software development.At first,this paper introduces the data flaw of whole system .After that, according to the process and functions, we divide some functional module, including the data module to collectthe analysize, the module for display , the module for communication and etc..and here elaborates the function of each module in detail.Before the realization of the module, defines the data contents first, rules their saving method and communication format. From the function requested of the module, abstracts some data models , on the foundation, constructs an its type and words out its program flow chart.This system is based on the windows operation system.It ownsabundant data demonstration interface, integrates the data collection andanalysis,and can control romotely at the same time. When abnormity occurs,it can reboot immediately.Comparing those monitors devices that can't show and remotely control, it has improved greatly.
