At present, the detection of grain storage quantity uses artificial clearance inventory method based on weighing measurement. This method requires a large amount of manpower and material resources and it can’t be real-time monitoring the number of grain storage so that is difficult to protect the safety of grain stored number in our country. Therefore, it is of great significance for us to research fast、accurate online and network national grain storage quantity online detection system for the protection of China’s grain quantity monitoring, and to ensure the reasonable number of grain storage and distribution.This paper studied the monitoring model of online detection of grain number, designed and implementation of the structure and function of detection system as well as realizing the online and network of national grain number online detection. The main research and development work of this paper includes:(1)Through Stress analysis of grain pile,the theoretical model of grain storage quantity detection is established based on the detection of bottom and side pressure of grain. On the above basis, we design the sensor layout model for the weight detection of grain and proposed the quantity detection method based on equivalent zero internal friction pressure estimation.(2)According to the requirements for online testing system of grain storage quantity, diagram can represents the function model; data flow diagram can represent the Information logic model. we design a database structure using E-R diagram to express the concept structure, and the relational schema to express the logical structure. Based on the bottom and side pressure detection model, we put forward the structure of grain number online detection system. There are five function modules, like detection, model, setting, layout and query. Through the combination of C++ Visual and MySQL, MSFlex Grid draw tables and display data in C/S model, Real time dynamic display of MSChart drawing curve. We developed detection system of grain storage quantity in the method of software engineering to ensure that its maintainability and scalability.(3)Develop grain number detection control. Using JNI technology can makes Java directly call the dynamic link library(DLL) which is encapsulated by C + + to get the detection results of grain storage quantity, and the realizes the integration of the grain information system based on Java.The system is tested for a long time, the quantity of grain storage errors meet the national requirements of the detection whose requirement is less than 3%. It has been put into practical using, the system is running stable, friendly interface, convenient operation, and improves the work efficiency of the granary storage quantity detection.
