Research And Design Of The Multimedia Management System For Meteorological Information

With the need of the agricultural and industry development and improvement of peoples' lives, the changes of Meteorological conditions are being paid more and more attention for their affluences on the production and people's life. It is a benchmark for our Meteorological experts to provide efficient, in-time weather forecasting and introduce more Meteorology knowledge to help the improvement of production and peoples' lives. The development of television has provided a platform for us to make the above becoming the reality. In this view, it is our Meteorological experts duties on how to efficiently organize and utilize the current Meteorological resources equipment.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of producing of Meteorological program to avoid the disadvantages of artificial retrieval of data, we design computer management system which have the functions of gathering, saving, managing and retrieval of Meteorological text, image and video data.In this study, the system has been designed and finished through using C⁺⁺ as our program designing language and the Postgre SQL Database as data storing tool and depending on module devising clue to design the system.In order to get a satisfied weather programs in different degrees and to meet the requirements of the editors, the object "The manage system for multimedia meteorological information " is aimed to set up an updated and higher relative messages system by dealing with multimedia database information.
