Purchase And Inventory Management Design And Implementation Based On ERP Mode

Steel industry attributes to raw materials industry. Steel and iron is main constructive material for human being, and each advancement of human being relates to the developments of steel industry. In some way, steel industry throughput and consumption is an important factor for national power and people affluent level. With the society development, competition becomes more and more strong, and the ERP system as a new p ower s trikes m any c orporations. If t he c orporation w ants t o b e i n the p osition, perfect management, high-speed information and advanced technique will become necessary conditions. In this thesis, the background is the inventory management system of ERP mode Ningbo BaoXin stainless steel Corporation finished by BaoXin software limited company.This system using J2EE and MVC mode, with JAVA and JSP, realizes inventory management system and purchasing management system of B/S structure based on ERP mode. Traditional ERP system uses systematic configuration of C/S mode. Principle of C/S mode detaches data and application program. This research mainly achieves from exploitation to inventory management. Firstly, during the exploitation, the development trend of ERP system is analyzed, and this system is applied into the purchase management. With J2EE container and module, MVC mode is also analyzed deeply. The easily manipulated model is designed by means of the offered interface with JAVA techniques, such as, JSP, SERVLET, HTML, XML, SQL etc. And then in order to achieving ERP system successfully, according to the user needs, the management rules are analyzed. And the purchase management system related to operations is designed, such as contract management, inquiring price system, plan management etc. The problems, that the previous CIMS system done by BaoXin company takes the purpose as a interior needs response to obtain the commodity and/or server, are solved. And the users get benefits.In the end, this thesis emprises on the inventory management problem. It is important for purchase management in the total system. The common inventory model and users opinions are analyzed. And the material inventory management logic and programs are realized for BaoXin company.
