Small enterprises in China now are facing many opportunities but also great challenges brought by the rapid development of economy which benefits bythe deepening of reform and opening up. Enterprises which can’t catch up with the reforming of management system and strategic planning will be eliminated by the society and industries. The application of computers in enterprise management which can improve the efficiency of management and standardize the management processes and steps is of great significance, helping small enterprises survive and develop well.Purchase-Sales-Inventory Management System, providing a reference for business managers to formulate a reasonable business plan, plays a very important rolein the enterprise management, which can manage the data of purchasing, inventory and distribution effectively. Enterprises, which the system provides a convenient condition for the development of, can make a huge improvement on efficiency and economic benefits.The system introduced in this paper, based on spring framework which is responsible for the controller layer, struts2 framework that takes care of the view layer and hibernate framework which is in charge of model layer, is written in the java language, using the MySQL database and adopting B/S architecture.According to the analysis and summary of the actual demand, the system is divided into five parts as purchasing management module, sales management module, inventory management module, system maintenance modules and basic information management module. Each module works independently, shares data continuously. The system is realized according to the analysis of system function, the overall structure of the system and the design of database structure.The target system, which is easy to operate, covers core business in managing a enterprise such as purchasing sales and inventory.
