Combination to the chongqing LAN users andh ADSL users, the article added the access speed to solve the band problem;and choose the right copy point in the network,rebuild the network devices to solve the problem of the band choke point.The article used the ring network technology to increase the carry efficiency. And deploy the QOS by diffserv to enhance the quality of the IPTV. The article finally constructed a whole solution of IPTV carrier network, capable of operation and management,also flexible for Chongqing Telecom.By built a IPTV test network for Chongqing Telecom and from the effect of the users,it verified the feasibility of the research.
