Study On Intelligent Execution Mechanism

Now industrial control system is developing to the direction of dispersing, networking and intelligentizing. FCS (Fieldbus Control System) is a new control system which is adapted to the industrial control system developing with the tide and absorbs effective technic and conquers the disadvantage of DCS. FCS is a digital and bi-directional corresponding control system which is made up of multi-H2 fieldbus or multi-HI fieldbus, many aptitude equipement, conFig.uration software, surveillant and control software and network software. Its technic core is the Fieldbus. Interchange and inter-manipulation is the most characteristic of the FCS.FCS not only inherit the core characteristic of electromotional instument system which controls quite dispersely, but also inherit the core technic of computer distubuting control and centralizing optimize harmonize of DCS. The characteristic decides that FCS must replace DCS and seizes hold of the dominant status of the control system in the future. Aptitude administer is the discreteness in the control system indispensably. The research of aptitude administer is still on blank ground, especially the aptitude administer which accord to the protocol of Fieldbus until the 90's. Of all the Fieldbus. HART protocol is the transitional bus which has the characteristic that not only holding the industrial standard of the analog signal of 4~20mA ,but also actualize the function that transfers in Fig.ure and transmit data. Above all, HART production has the upper market-developing foreground nowadays.This study will apply HART protocol to research and develop the Field-bus Intelligent electric-actuator which is based on the HART protocol. The HART protocol could not only be applicable to the tradition control system and the DCS system, but also can be used in the Field-bus control system. So, Field-bus Intelligent electric-actuator which is based on the HART protocol is bring forward.
