In an embedded application, more and more people are great attach important to energy of embed system design. Especially, The battery for the portable device was visible. The system power reduction and the extension of the useful life of batteries is lower system operating costs. However, an embedded system design with low consumption needs to analysis various factors,overall. At the beginning, various factors often restraint, interaction. Sometimes, a low-power design measures would have bring a lot of negative effect.In this thesis The use of actions'audio video decoding chip ATJ2099 as the Micro-Control-Unit to design, player,of actions ,in zhuhai,China. make full use of hardware and software design methods with the entire design system to reduce consumption. The software use embed real-time operating system ACTOS, it not only from instructions to driven, operating systems, MP3 decoding algorithms, applications program was optimized for design,but also gave details of their realization process. moreover,in the design also joined the digital rights management (DRMIO) so that it can be play audio file or video file of by DRMIO copyright protection.
