Through around 10 years of research and development, the aim of grid has evolved into combining various types of computers in different areas in a reasonable way and the highly integrated organic unity can supply powerful computing abilities to users, and people can use this computing abilities expediency and facility as using electric power.But there are many kinds of dynamic resources available in grid computing environment. The resource is distributed, heterogeneous and could join or leave different virtual organizations dynamically. So how to find grid resources, how to monitor the status of grid resources, how to take advantage of them by grid application is the problem which must be solved. Grid resources management is the core problem of grid computing at present, so a kind of grid management model of reasonable and availability is very important in grid environment.First, this paper introduced knowledge related to grid, presented research and development trend of grid domain; second analyzed the characteristics and the shortage of three currently most typical kinds of resources management models (Layer Model, Abstract Owner Model, and Computational Economy Model) thoroughly; According to the analytical result, put forward an improving management model of the grid resources based on the layer, and introduced the design thought of model, total frame, and how the resources in the model to carry on organization saving, detection and fixed position in detail; finally, provided a dynamic algorithm of frequent itemsets mining based on undirected itemsets graph according to this model, and carried on the performance analysis to the algorithm. This model solved following problems preferablely:1.The expiration of the single point and the bottle-neck problem of communications in grid environment.2.Dynamic joining of resources node.3.The verification of resources information reliability.4.The description of the resources service quality .5.The unite search of the same kind resources in grid environment.
