In recent years, the MIN (Mobile Intelligent Network) services are developingrapidly in China. With the increase of MIN users, the MIN network becomes moreland more complex. External interfaces are added, and system load are multiplied.Then, the Performance optimization and safety guarantee of MIN product becomes animportant problem.The MIN products mainly include SCP (Service Control Point), IP (Intelligent Peripheral) and VC (Voucher Center). The services and their models for each product are different, so are the bottle-neck performance and safety problems for each product, so they need to be discussed and analyzed respectively. In this paper, firstly the system architecture and software process of the current MIN products are presented, then bottlenecks of the SCP, IP and VC system are analyzed; in the following part the system bottlenecks are resolved by all kinds of optimization methods, and the safety guarantee solution is improved; finally, the common methods of the performance optimization and safety guarantee for MIN product are concluded.In the evaluation of SCP system, the load indexes of the current system in both aspects of hardware and software are analyzed, and the link load in front-end is proved to be the system bottleneck. After researching the signaling specification of VPMN (Virtual Private Mobile Network), the signaling optimization for the external call of VPMN is innovatively proposed, which is an innovation beyond the signaling specification. As a result, 50% of the signaling load and the corresponding software load are removed; consequently the bottleneck problem of SCP system is resolved thoroughly.In the evaluation of IP system, according to the status quo of CRBT (Color Ring Back Tone) system of ZheJiang Mobile, bottleneck and solution of CRBT system are...
